  • Exclusive use of the main meeting room, adorned with floral arrangements
  • Two coffee/tea breaks with assorted snacks and daily fresh fruits
  • Choice of one set lunch or lunch buffet:
    • For meeting packages with fewer than 30 attendees per day, lunch will be served family-style or as a set menu.
    • For meeting packages with over 30 attendees per day, lunch options include buffet or family-style service.
  • Bottled drinking water is provided throughout the day
  • Stationery supplies, including writing paper and pens
  • Complimentary use of one in-house LCD projector, projector screen, and microphone
  • Provision of one set of flip charts or a whiteboard with markers
  • A dedicated event manager is assigned to coordinate each function
