Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort - Luxury hotel - OBC Transforms into Antica

After many sun-soaked seasons, Ocean Beach Club has taken its final bow. In its place, on the same stretch of beachfront at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort, something entirely new has arrived. Say buongiorno to Antica: a new name, a completely renovated kitchen and restaurant, and an entirely new Italian menu.

Where it Began – OBC

Set beside the pool, OBC was defined by a soft, understated palette of warm whites and creamy tones — a serene setting where light, water, and architecture came together effortlessly.
Its calm character and relaxed elegance created a distinctive atmosphere, leaving behind memories that would become part of the story.

Where it Continues – Antica

Antica Beach House Osteria & Bar is a newly renovated Italian dining destination, bringing a fresh and relaxed culinary experience to the former OBC space. Set beside the pool and overlooking the sea, Antica combines the charm of an Italian osteria with the laid-back atmosphere of a beach house, creating a welcoming setting where friends and family gather over good food, good drinks and conversation that runs long.

The new menu celebrates the flavours and spirit of Italy. Pappardelle rolled by hand and folded through slow-braised lamb ragù. Pizza blistered from the oven, topped with mortadella, burrata and pistachio. Whole baked branzino with fennel and lemon. Porchetta the way they make it in Ariccia. And to finish, our signature Antica tiramisu, or a scoop of pistachio gelato. At the bar, it’s aperitivo done properly: the Antica Negroni, an Amalfi Coast Spritz, ice-cold Menabrea on draught and a cellar that never leaves Italy.
