Payment Policy: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. All reservations are non-refundable.

Modification Policy: A one-time complimentary date change is permitted if requested at least 5 days prior to arrival. The revised stay must fall within the promotional validity period.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and refunds are not permitted. The full booking amount will be charged in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

Guarantee Policy: The total stay amount must be paid in advance by credit card at the time of booking. The same credit card must be presented upon arrival for verification.

Check-in: From 15:00 hrs (subject to availability for early check-in)
Check-out: By 12:00 hrs (late check-out subject to availability)

Children Policy

• Up to 2 children under 12 years old stay and enjoy breakfast complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Additional bedding (crib or rollaway bed) is subject to room size and availability.
• Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• In case of early departure, no refund will be provided.

• The credit card used for payment must belong to one of the staying guests and be presented at check-in. Failing to do so may require a new payment upon arrival.
